My 2 cents on business and how it works, I think everything starts with the core of your mission statement, I feel like this is the heart that conveys your message, everyone that you work with, your staff, your employees, your clients, your customers, everyone in between and anyone who engages in your business. It all starts with your message, what you’re trying to do, why you’re here, the reason why, that’s more important than what you do and how you do it, it’s the reason why you’re doing it and the impact you want to give.
For us at EMRG, we want to increase profitability, it’s part of our mission statement but the second part is, we want to help people, we want to give back and we want to incorporate it in our culture. So every time we grow, every time we take on a new client, we are sponsoring a new kid because that’s the impact we want to give and that’s what’s important for us, that’s what’s driving us.
