Number 1 — YOUR GOAL

What is your goal you’re trying to accomplish within your business? If you’re a Doctor’s office, you may be trying to have contact forms where people can schedule appointments with you. If your business is E-commerce however, you’re looking to sell products online so that’s going to be a different goal and a completely different website. Lastly, if your real estate company, you want to showcase how professional you are, you want to showcase the work you’ve done and validate you’re a real company. Depending on your goal, we are going to step number 2.

Number 2 — PLATFORM

Which platform are you going to choose? For example, you’re a Doctor’s office, you may want to choose a platform like WordPress, it’s very easy to use, it’s easy to add functionality to it and it has a lot of cool things that you can build out all the time. If you’re E-commerce business, you may want to go over to something like Shopify, it”s more of a natural E-commerce platform, it allows a lot of functionality for adding products in and again it’s easy to use. Once you’ve chosen your platform, you get to go a little bit into the nitty-gritty and go into implementing functions, when you’re implementing functions, I want you to think “how can I make my life easier?” “Can I push for more conversions, profitability or sales?”

Number 3 — IMPLEMENT FUNCTIONS

If you’re a Doctor’s office, you may even want to have a calendar function that shows what time slots the Doctor’s available so people can schedule. You may choose not to do that but it’s just an idea of what you can do with some of the functionality. Another thing you can do is, if you’re an E-commerce business, think of Amazon, they obviously know what they’re doing when you go to buy one product, they immediately offer you five or six products that they think that is related to your items but they’re recommending for you and what this does is pushes for more sales. Using functionalities to your advantage is a great way to generate more business. We’re willing to utilize your website as a tool and to grow your business more.
