Overview

This personal injury lawyer not only wanted to get new cases, but to showcase their unique branding and personality. This client wanted to highlight their accomplishments and represent their practice with an edgier take to stand out from other firms in their field of law. We built them a new website, developed a mixed-marketing campaign that earned them more cases in their style, and landed them an official and exclusive partnership with a NFL team.

Research & Planning

Our Objectives

Our goal was to highlight this client’s brand personality with a more captivating website design, curated content personalized to their tone, and acquire larger cases through this updated site.

DISCOVERY

Using an unorthodox approach for this unique personal injury law firm, we filmed them on-location in action. We shot interviews, informational videos, and even skits to establish their social media presence while we built their website.

UX STRATEGY

Our client had a bold personality, and a bold value proposition predicated on obtaining results for their clients. We wanted to grab the target audience’s attention using a promotional video up front, custom graphics we provided, and sponsorships with high-profile sports teams from the NFL and PAC-12. All of this sat above their awards to illustrate that—while they could be fun and edgy—they were professionals who could seriously take your case to success.
We kept the homepage content focused on branding instead of practice areas. An easy-to-use, organized menu bar with customized functionalities ensured navigating the several internal pages of the website would be very straightforward.
We also received several custom requests from the client, and were more than happy to oblige. We helped create video content for their strategic partnerships, organized pitch presentations, and even collected imagery to present their eye-catching billboards on the website. We were told by the client that we were “instrumental” in obtaining both NFL and PAC-12 football partnerships through our media pitch presentations and promotional material.

DEVELOPMENT

The firm’s original website had many errors and lacked bios for the lawyers. Additionally, their site lacked consistent tonality and branding throughout. We flipped their site with curated content to generate conversions and higher retention on web traffic.
The duality of the design was a challenge, merging the fun and welcoming brand with the sleek style of an elite Los Angeles law firm. But we planned the site structure from the get-go. We built each Practice Areas page and parent page as potential landing pages for increased conversion rates and included optimization for SEO purposes.

The Results

We developed a conversion-focused website for our client through optimized landing pages with SEO and user-friendly functionalities. The presentation of recent case settlements, their awards, and a testimonial page with reviews from Google, Yelp, and Avvo highlight the practice’s reputatibility in a relevant, engaging, and informative manner. We strategically built an overall website design and features that amplified this firm’s unique modern branding.
