Someone I worked with very closely for the past few years as a life coach and business coach is Kathryn Ford and something she taught me and I still practice almost daily is something called “Gratitude Practice” and I love it for a few reasons.
Number 1 is if you do it this at the beginning of your day you are automatically in a great mood for the rest of your day. If there’s a science behind it, it works, you’ll be happier.
The second part to it that is fantastic is the abundance mentality, you get more of the things you think about, the things you are aware of and the things you talk about so when you start talking of the things you are grateful for, more of it comes into your life.
